Application for Church Membership in the CCCC
Churches seeking membership in the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference must affirm without reservation our Statement of Faith and our Statement of Polity (see the CCCC Constitution, Articles III & IV) and must affirm our Code of Ethics for Churches. Any church in full agreement with these statements, having duly voted to associate with the CCCC, may submit an application for membership. After the application has been received, an interview with a CCCC Area Representative will be scheduled to begin the membership process.

Application for Ministerial Standing in the CCCC
Ministers seeking standing in the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference must affirm without reservation our Statement of Faith and our Statement of Polity (see the CCCC Constitution, Articles III & IV) and must affirm our Code of Ethics for Ministers. Ordained, Licensed, Commission Christian Worker and Lay Preacher credentials are available using this application based upon the definitions and requirements outlined in By-law IV of the CCCC Constitution. Associate status may also be granted for Ordained, Licensed and CCW standing when the individual is not currently serving in or through a Congregationally governed church. After the application has been received, an interview with a CCCC Area Representative will be scheduled to begin the membership process.

Application for Students Under Conference Care
Students pursuing a theological education, who are members of a Congregationally governed church and who desire to seek standing with the CCCC upon graduation may use this form to apply for Conference Care status. This status provides many benefits including the opportunty for scholarships, a CCCC pastoral mentor, and the waiver of registration fees at our Annual Family Conferences. Students seeking Conference Care status must affirm without reservation our Statement of Faith and our Statement of Polity (see the CCCC Constitution, Articles III & IV) and must affirm our Code of Ethics for Ministers. After the application has been received, an interview with a CCCC Area Representative will be scheduled to begin the membership process.

Application for Individual Lay Membership in the CCCC
Members of Congregationally governed, non-CCCC member churches may apply for Individual Lay Membership in the CCCC using this application. Those seeking Individual Lay Membership must affirm without reservation our Statement of Faith and our Statement of Polity (see the CCCC Constitution, Articles III & IV). After the application has been received, an interview with a CCCC Area Representative will be scheduled to begin the membership process. Associate Individual Lay Membership may be granted to those who are members of non-Congregationally governed churches.
