Church Multiplication Training
Quest seminar - sponsored by the Praxis Center for Church Development. This training provides an overview of the Biblical mandate for church planting and helps the church planter understand the basics of new church development. - Church Planting boot camp - sponsored by the Church Multiplication Training Consortium. This training helps the church planter develop a plan for a new church project. The Church Multiplication Fund provides scholarships for qualified candidates who are members of the CCCC.
- Church Multiplication and the CCCC - a ½ day seminar presented by Ron Hamilton that helps local churches and regional fellowship understand a Biblical foundation for church multiplication and the need for church planting in our culture.
Assessment of Church Planters
We use the Ministry Assessment Profile developed by Church Resource Ministries as our tool for assessing pastors to discern their gifts for church planting or redevelopment. This assessment process includes an intensive training session (1 day) and a behavioral interview (½ day). The assessment report assists the pastor and other agencies in placing the candidate in a ministry situation where he/she can be most effective in ministry.
Coaching
- Coaching for individual church planters on a contract basis
- Coaches training for local church pastors and members to assist them in the development of a church planting movement.
Demographic Assessment
Partnering with PERCEPT Ministries to help the church planter or sponsoring church/fellowship know its own community for effective outreach and ministry.
Fees for services rendered vary. The Director of Church Multiplication will assist in designing services for different church multiplication projects. Costs for member pastors, churches, and regional fellowships will be limited to reimbursement for travel and accommodations.
